This two-week practical online workshop provides a complete understanding of the Field Development Planning (FDP) process — from exploration and appraisal to production and decommissioning. Participants will learn how to design and evaluate development plans using five key industry software tools: MBAL, PROSPER, GAP, QUE$TOR, and MS Project.
The course blends theory with real-world case studies, helping attendees gain hands-on experience in reservoir, well, and asset modeling, cost estimation, and project scheduling. By the end of the workshop, participants will be able to prepare and evaluate a complete and integrated Field Development Plan.
